The Karbolic is essentially Karbolyn + extras. I personally prefer the straight up Karbolyn. HBCD is better but Karbolyn works ok for conditioning days for me. I would have taken Vitargo over Karbolyn but Vitargo doesn't mix well.

Due to work, sometimes I try to squeeze in longer sessions if I know I can't make it back for 2-3 days. That includes low intensity cardio afterwards for like 30-40 minutes (think 3.5ish on the treadmill). I want to make sure I am hitting everything at least 2-3 times a week. Some weeks it sucks, I'll get swamped and only be able to make it 2 days, so I try to stay longer even if I am runnin out of gas.

I've only tried Karbolyn and it's always legit. Orange shockwave is my favorite.

Other than a few additives, Karbolic is similar to Karbolyn. I personally use Karbolyn due to the variety of flavors and its overall ingredient profile. I typically take 1/2 scoop pre & 1/2 scoop post workout. the post workot serving, I'll often mix in my protein shake.
